About Our Client
Our client is an established beauty multinational with an international presence and a portfolio of brands. They are seeking an E-commerce Manager to drive online sales, strengthen marketplace partnerships and elevate the digital shopping experience.
This is an opportunity to combine commercial account management, digital execution and data-driven decision-making within the beauty and personal care sector.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute account plans for key e-commerce channels, delivering sales, profitability and market share objectives.
Build strong relationships with marketplace partners and e-commerce enablers, aligning on growth priorities, commercial terms and campaign execution.
Lead joint business planning, promotional calendars and participation in key online shopping campaigns.
Manage enabler performance across store operations, product listings, content, campaign execution and reporting.
Partner with marketing teams to optimise digital visibility, traffic and conversion through compelling content, platform advertising and promotional activities.
Analyse sales, shopper behaviour, campaign results and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and improve return on investment.
Work closely with supply chain and demand planning teams on forecasting, inventory availability and fulfilment.
Ensure pricing, assortment and brand presentation are consistently managed across online channels.
Track account performance, promotional spending and commercial results, recommending actions to improve sustainable growth.
Key Requirements
Proven e-commerce experience within FMCG is essential , with hands-on responsibility for online account management and sales performance.
Experience working within an e-commerce enabler is essential , including managing brand accounts and coordinating marketplace execution.
Strong understanding of online marketplaces, promotional mechanics, digital shelf optimisation and e-commerce operations.
Demonstrated ability to develop account plans, manage commercial discussions and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate platform partners, agencies and internal teams.
Commercially driven, analytical and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Experience in skincare, beauty or personal care would be advantageous.
