Job Scope:
Provide support to ensure timely execution of marketing updates and review, including:
- Assisting in the coordination and collation of comments on marketing deliverables, clarification of technical/non-technical requirements with both internal and external stakeholders e.g. agencies and colleagues from other departments/divisions, to ensure on-time fulfilment of campaign deliverables
- Vetting through the content of marketing materials to ensure that comments/feedback have been addressed as well as grammatical accuracy.
- Executing website updates such as text changes and pdf uploads using HPB’s Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Assisting in digital content-related projects such as, but not limited to:
- Annual Digital Content audit co-ordination, inventory tracking and reporting,
- Articles rewriting and optimisation for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO),
- Co-ordinating content reviews and alignment with CM stakeholders, progress tracking and completion.
- Annual Youtube content audit co-ordination, inventory and completion tracking and reporting
Support the implementation and maintenance of marketing systems, including, but not limited to:
- Performing UAT
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Tracking and reporting duties
General administrative tasks such as, but not limited to: scheduling meetings, writing notes of meetings, reporting of risk indicators, raising of purchase orders, filing of digital assets, stock-taking, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or GCE “A” level certification
- Min 1 to 2 years experience in Digital marketing
- Good communications and interpersonal skills,
- Good project, stakeholder, and time management skills,
- Comfortable with learning how to operate new marketing systems,
- Proficient in Microsoft software (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and preferably Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Capcut
- Experience in digital content management, Sitecore and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage,
- Comfortable with using AI technology to improve work productivity.
