We're looking for an HR Assistant (Recruitment) to join our team. You'll gain exposure to executive search and support both blue collar hiring.
What you'll do
- Support our executive search with sourcing, research and candidate outreach
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for blue collar roles
- Schedule interviews and keep candidates updated through the hiring process
- Assist in planning of career fairs and recruitment drives (1 to 2 per quarter)
- Post job ads and maintain candidate records
- Handle onboarding paperwork and other HR administrative duties
What we're looking for
- NITEC or higher qualification
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Organised, able to handle high-volume hiring and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with career fairs and talking to people face to face
- Interest in recruitment and HR
