Responsibilites
- Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
- Handle progress claims and payment certifications with accuracy and timeliness
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on variation orders and contractual matters
- Manage collections and follow up on outstanding payments
- Track project costs and provide regular reports to management
- Support contract administration and ensure compliance with contract terms
Requirments
- S'porean / PR
- SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,500
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of relevant QS experience, preferably in the Singapore construction or civil engineering industry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proactive and comfortable handling certification and collection processes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and contract standards (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC)
