Job Summary
You will assist customers by recommending suitable lighting solutions, prepare sales orders, coordinate deliveries, and support after-sales service while maintaining showroom presentation and liaising with interior designers and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers professionally during walk-ins or appointments by introducing lighting products
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate lighting solutions to enhance their spaces
- Prepare accurate sales orders and coordinate timely delivery arrangements
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with interior designers and contractors to support project requirements
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and organize product displays to create an inviting environment
- Provide basic product knowledge and deliver after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn
- Friendly personality with strong customer service attitude
- Sales experience is an advantage
