Role Overview
Lead the successful delivery of large-scale building projects from construction through TOP, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from construction to TOP and project handover.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Develop, monitor, and drive project schedules, milestones, and recovery plans.
- Ensure timely approvals and effective coordination with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
- Oversee project cost, budget, variation orders, and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), quality standards, and CONQUAS requirements.
- Drive productivity, value engineering, constructability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support tender preparation, construction methodology, and pre-construction planning where required.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience managing large-scale building projects in Singapore.
- Proven track record in project delivery, programme management, contract administration, and site execution.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially astute with sound knowledge of construction contracts and project controls.

Salary Range : S$8,500 - S$5,500
