Basic Salary: From $2,500 + Commission + Incentives
Dreamline Aesthetics is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Beauty Therapist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform beauty treatments.
- Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products based on customers' needs.
- Monitor customers' treatment progress and provide aftercare advice.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Promote treatment packages and retail products to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas.
- Ensure proper handling of beauty equipment and compliance with company procedures.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and daily outlet operations.
- Keep accurate customer treatment records.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry.
- Experience in performing facial, eye and slimming/fat freeze treatments preferred.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant beauty certifications are an advantage.
- Singapore PR or Work Permit (WP) holders preferred.
