Join the securities services arm of a global bank and deliver accurate fund administration for asset managers and asset owners across Asia.
What You'll Be Doing
- Review daily, weekly and monthly NAVs for funds and portfolios in line with accounting standards and fund documents
- Work with fund accountants and support teams to deliver NAVs on time and within agreed KPIs
- Ensure NAV calculations follow operational and system procedures; maintain procedural manuals
- Document non-standard process flows and escalate operational incidents promptly
- Resolve client queries on fund administration matters and support client and auditor reporting
- Take part in new client onboarding, migrations, system testing and process improvements
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline and above
- At least 3 years of experience in fund accounting, securities services, bank accounts or audit
- Strong accounting knowledge; experience with Multifonds is a plus
- Analytical, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and stakeholder skills
- Able to support flexible working hours, including early starts from 8am
