ABBOTT MANUFACTURING SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED
- Coordinates and leads both Abbott Internal and External Customer and Affiliates Visits to AMS.
- Leads Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities for AMS. Represent AMS at theAbbott CSR group and lead the execution of Operations Discovery in AMS
- Leads internal communications and drive Employee Engagement initiatives on site which includes the LIFE Committee program.
- Responsible to design, curate and execute content update for internal communications to drive employee engagement
- Responsible to plan and execute site wide events such as All Employee Meetings, Townhall meetings and any other Abbott corporate programs relevant to the site.
- Leads and drives site wide recognition programs to ensure timely and specific recognition is awarded to employees.
- Responsible for the production of staff newsletters and videos, including all necessary approvals/permits, coordination of writers and articles, copywriting and layout, printing and distribution.
- Responsible to coordinate with Public Affairs, Legal and Abbott’s Branding team to review, edit and approve communication material intended for communication to external parties.
- Drafts / sends email circulars to communicate, promote HR/training related schemes/issues.
