AI & Innovation Specialist

Job Summary

The AI & Innovation Specialist drives innovation by developing future-ready programmes and enhancing teachers' capabilities in AI and technology-enhanced learning across the network.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching resources for STEAM, Robotics, AI, and Computational Thinking to support student learning outcomes
• Align educational programmes with MapleBear's inquiry-based and play-based philosophy to foster engagement and curiosity
• Introduce and integrate emerging AI and machine learning technologies into educational content to keep programmes future-ready
• Build teachers' capabilities by delivering training and support on AI, educational robotics platforms, and technology-enhanced learning tools
• Simplify complex AI and technology concepts to make them accessible and engaging for young children
• Apply programming skills (e.g., Python, Scratch, Blockly) to create interactive and educational learning experiences
• Manage projects and organise resources effectively to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of programmes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and enhance programmes based on feedback and technological advancements
• Inspire curiosity and lifelong learning among students and educators through creative and innovative educational approaches

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or Master's in Artificial Intelligence
• Experience with educational robotics platforms
