Customer Loyalty Executive
5 days (Mon - Fri)
10am - 6pm

Responsibilities:
- Personally reach out to customers after their purchase via email, SMS or other communication channels.
- Write warm and personalized messages based on each customer's purchase and journey.
- Follow up with new customers after their product has been delivered.
- Maintain and update customer information, birthdays, important dates, and engagement records.
- Coordinate birthday greetings, appreciation messages, gifts and other customer initiatives.
- Support and grow our global Ambassador Program.
- Come up with creative ideas to engage customers and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Use AI / digital tools to assist with writing, personalization, organization and customer engagement.
- Track customer responses and feedback and identify ways we can improve the customer experience.
- Work closely with our Marketing, Operations and Management teams on customer-related initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Customer Experience or a related field.
- Training provided and candidates with 1 – 2 years of experience are welcome.
- Comfortable using AI tools for everyday work.
- Familiarity with social media, CRM systems, Canva, email marketing or automation tools is a plus.
- An interest in luxury, watches, fashion, hospitality or lifestyle brands would be an advantage.
