Quantity Surveyor (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Recruit Expert Pte Ltd
- Prepare and submit progress claims for main contracts with internal approvals.
- Support project team on contract administration, variation orders, and extension of time (EOT) submissions.
- Source quotations, perform cost comparisons, and assist in procurement processes.
- Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on contract clarifications and discrepancies.
- Track material quantities, project costs, and verify claims from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist in preparation of final accounts for vendors and subcontractors.
- Support documentation for contracts and handle basic cost-related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Open to fresh graduates; candidates with relevant experience are advantageous
- Basic understanding of construction costing, contracts, and procurement processes
- Familiar with QS tools/software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
