Our esteemed client in the IT industry is seeking a Project Engineer (IT Support/ Network) to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Project Engineer (IT Support/ Network)
- Location: MacPherson
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,700 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support IT and communication systems, such as network switches, routers, and related network devices.
- Provide remote helpdesk support and onsite troubleshooting for customers.
- Review and validate technical system designs to ensure they meet project requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve network, communication, and system-related issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional technical support.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and industry developments to enhance technical expertise.
Job Requirements:
- At least NITEC or equivalent qualification.
- Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as product training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of networking or IT infrastructure.
- Experience supporting VoIP systems, Cloud PBX, LAN, switches, routers, or network infrastructure is an advantage but not a must.
