Store Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of store equipment, fixtures, and appliances
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition
- Support new store setups and layout changes
- Maintain tools and manage stock of maintenance supplies
- Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and servicing
- Manage supplier contact lists and coordinate quotations and service schedules
- Handle invoice management and documentation for maintenance-related work
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure all work complies with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities, or a related technical field
- Prior experience in general maintenance, preferably in retail or F&B
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Organized and responsive, with good time management skills
- Able to work independently and travel across islandwide store locations
- Physically fit and willing to handle manual tasks
- Possession of a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license is an advantage
