- Support the Head / Senior Manager in overseeing daily Community Hospital Business Office operations, including patient billing, charging, collections, subsidies, financial counselling, and revenue processes
- Ensure accurate and timely billing, claims processing, account reconciliation, follow-up of accounts, and ILTC billing operations
- Support workflow improvements, digitalisation, internal controls, system enhancements, and CHCS/system implementation initiatives
- Supervise and guide Business Office staff to support smooth daily operations and service delivery
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
- Must have relevant experience in billing and operations management in hospital or healthcare institutions
- Good understanding of healthcare billing, patient charging, subsidies, and ILTC operations
- Some experience in healthcare systems implementation or transformation projects preferred
