Job Title: Cloud Platform & Infrastructure Engineer (Fresh Graduates Welcomed)

- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- Able to work independently as an individual contributor while maintaining strong communication skills to collaborate smoothly with the team.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership to drive tasks independently.
Job Description
- Administer, monitor and support enterprise backup and recovery platforms to ensure high availability, performance and successful backup operations.
- Perform end-to-end troubleshooting of backup failures, restore requests and infrastructure issues across servers, storage and network components.
- Diagnose backup data paths from client systems to storage targets, including verification of Data Domain appliances, hardware health, storage performance and network connectivity.
- Manage backup operations using Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) and Avamar.
- Deploy, configure and maintain backup solutions for physical servers, virtual machines, NAS workloads and Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
- Coordinate with technology vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Support infrastructure changes, patching, upgrades, capacity planning and technology refresh initiatives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge articles and system configurations.
- Participate in incident, problem and change management processes in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Provide technical support to customers and stakeholders while ensuring service levels and operational excellence are maintained.

- Virtualization & Cloud: VMware vSphere, VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, Network Switches, Storage Connectivity
