Architectural Coordinator (MRT Projects)

- Coordinate with consultants (architects, engineers, and designers) to ensure architectural details align with project requirements
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of architectural works
- with building codes and project requirements
- Attend site meetings and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities
- Resolve discrepancies or conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) drawings
- Assist in value engineering by recommending alternative materials, designs, or construction methods to improve cost efficiency
- Ensure all architectural elements are constructed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to check for compliance with BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations, URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) guidelines, and other local authorities
- Ensure all work follows Singapore's construction standards, including BCA's Code of Practice
- Prepare and submit necessary architectural-related documents and reports for regulatory approval
- Ensuring workmanship quality and timely progress
- Address technical issues and site constraints by liaising with consultants and contractors
- Monitor and coordinate rectification works for defects and non-conformances
- Ensure proper documentation of architectural works, including as-built drawings, material submissions, and warranty documents
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent
- 3 -5 years of relevant experience in MRT Projects
- Required skill(s): AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp
