Job Description:
We are seeking an Air Import Operations Assistant/Executive to coordinate air import shipments and ensure timely and accurate delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the team on shipment arrangements and documentation.
- Ensure accurate documentation and smooth delivery to customers.
- Track incoming shipments and action pre-alerts promptly.
- Work with vendors and transporters to resolve operational challenges.
- Lead special projects and support other key operations as needed.
- Coordinate with warehouse vendors and transporters to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
Job Requirements
- ITE/Diploma graduates or candidate with 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in freight forwarding and understanding of incoterms is a plus.
