Contract Manager

Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flow, adjusting projections as and when needed.

Handle all pre and post contract matters independently, ie. Project tendering, tender interview, liaise with project stakeholders, progress claims, variation orders and final account.

Work with operations to plan and implement standards, initiatives or best practices eg new system.

Map existing workflow and identify key changes for new initiatives to be implemented.

Collaborate and coordinate with internal support functions to drive operational and service standards.

Follow up and monitoring on the standards, initiatives or best practices implemented.

Perform routine and ad hoc site inspections to ensure site operations meets contract and service standards in accordance to company and regulatory requirements.

Follow up and closing of gaps from post inspections and audits.

Continuously seek to improve work processes to enhance quality and increase work productivity and efficiency.

Continually review processes and procedures across the accounts for best practices and consistency.

Ensure delivery of services are aligned and compliant with Elite's vision and strategy.

Drive service excellence by maintaining close collaboration with support functions within the company.

Drive a service and performance excellence culture within the delivery and operational management teams that supports openness, teamwork, collaboration, perform an excellence and personal success.

Perform all other administrative support to the company.
Job Requirements:

. Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying /Construction Management / Civil Engineering or related fields

. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in contractnegotiation, administration and/or management

. Strong commercial awareness, negotiation andstakeholder management skills.

. A high level of integrity, dependability with astrong sense of urgency and result oriented

. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

. Candidates with experienced in landscape industry will be preferred.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
