Job Summary
Motivated individuals will start a career in poultry processing with hands-on training from experienced technicians and senior engineers. No prior experience required.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain industrial motor control systems to support poultry processing equipment.
- Apply welding, plumbing, and hand tool skills (e.g., grinder, hand drill) to assist in equipment setup and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively in English to follow instructions and coordinate with team members.
- Work safely and efficiently in cold and wet environments while handling materials weighing 20–25 kg.
- Adapt to shift work schedules, including weekends and overtime, to meet production demands.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
