Lead Business Analyst AI & Data(Contract)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities for AI/GenAI and data projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Identify and evaluate AI and data use cases, including automation, predictive analytics, and GenAI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and architects to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Support AI governance, risk management, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, training, and change management initiatives.
- Monitor solution performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Design, or Product Management within IT.
- At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML, GenAI, data analytics, or related technologies.
- Experience working with AI tools and platforms such as Microsoft OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Power Platform, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and cloud technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is an advantage.
