About the Team

The Accommodation team owns the hotel and property booking experience across Traveloka's 11 markets — from budget guesthouses to premium international chains. This team sits at the commercial engine room of that business: you turn supply, pricing, and demand signals into strategy that moves the needle destination by destination. You will size the prize, shape the plays, and run the operating rhythm that keeps a global supplier network and millions of travellers matched to the right property at the right price.

About the Job

As a Senior Lead in Accommodation Strategy & Planning, you are the most senior individual contributor in the domain — the strategist leadership leans on for the calls that matter most. You own the most complex strategic problems end to end, hold decision authority on the short-term issues within your remit, and shape outcomes far beyond any team, all without carrying direct reports.

• Own the deepest, most complex problems in Accommodation, weighing impact across operational and financial dimensions as the senior expert
• Develop and implement the operational plans and playbooks that directly move the domain's overall results across markets
• Manage the hardest discussions to a resolution and exercise decision-making authority on short-term issues within your domain
• Be accountable for the strategic calls you make and influence the course of action across the domain through your judgement
• Build and enhance the growth frameworks, models, and decision standards that multiple teams adopt and run on
• Apply advanced, well-developed expertise and past experience to problems that have no established method
• Influence Marketing, Pricing, Commercial, Supply, and Product leaders on the merits, and bring senior leadership clear, resourced recommendations

Job Requirements

• You have at least 8 years in strategy, analytics, or commercial roles
• You have a strong track record in travel, OTA, or marketplaces
• You are the definitive technical authority on accommodation strategy and others defer to your judgement on hard calls
• You own and drive large strategic outcomes without needing a team beneath you to do it
• You combine deep commercial and analytical expertise with the range to set direction, not just execute it
• You understand accommodation economics end to end
• You can challenge any assumption in the chain
• You have a degree in a quantitative or business field; an advanced degree is common at this level
• You drive responsible adoption of AI and modern analytics tooling in how you and the wider team work
• You influence senior cross-functional and cross-geography stakeholders and create alignment where it did not exist
• You communicate with executive presence in English, framing complex trade-offs simply for leadership
• You have designed a planning or governance model that scaled across markets and is still in use
