- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and key features.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Maintain and expand client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented individuals
- Experience in construction or process construction will be advatange.
- High commission structure with no minimum target and no ceiling cap
