Membership Relations Manager

· Manage and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of members.
· Build a strong understanding of member preferences, interests, expectations and club usage.
· Maintain regular, meaningful and professional engagement with members.
· Act as a key point of contact for member enquiries, requests and feedback.
· Proactively connect members with relevant Club events, dining, wine and other experiences.
· Identify disengagement or retention risks and take appropriate proactive action.
· Support member referrals and appropriate introductions to prospective members.
· Maintain accurate CRM/member profiles, interaction notes and follow-up actions.
· Provide regular updates on engagement, feedback, retention risks and relationship opportunities.
