SUPERVISOR

- Have good knowledge of culinary procedures for local cuisine, such as Mixed Rice, Bee Hoon, Roasted Duck Rice, Chicken Rice, Western Food, Fish Ball Noodles, and other local dishes.
- Possess good culinary skills and a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a food stall, hawker centre, or similar food service environment.
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee daily operations, including stock control, food preparation, hygiene standards, and customer service.
- Ensure food preparation and service are carried out efficiently, especially during high-volume meal periods.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Prior experience in supervising or managing a food stall will be an advantage.
