Job Summary
Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on petrol, diesel, and heavy vehicles, including engine and gearbox overhauls, ensuring vehicle safety and performance across various vehicle types.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Service and repair petrol, diesel, and heavy vehicles to maintain optimal operation
- Conduct engine and gearbox overhauls and perform general servicing tasks such as oil changes and tyre rotations
- Carry out quality checks to ensure vehicle safety and performance standards are met
- Work on a variety of vehicles including continental, Asian cars, vans, and heavy vehicles
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant automobile experience
- Experience working with heavy vehicles
- Strong hands-on technical skills and problem-solving ability
