General Worker

Job Responsibilities

. Support daily production activities on the manufacturing floor.

. Assist machinists, technicians,and production staff with general operational tasks.

. Perform basic material handling, sorting, packing, labelling, and movement of parts between workstations.

. Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of the production area, machines, tools, and workstations.

. Assist with loading and unloading of components, raw materials, and finished parts where required.

. Follow production instructions,work procedures, safety requirements, and company quality standards.

. Handle precision-engineered components carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or mix-up.

. Assist with basic visual inspection, part identification, counting, and segregation of components.

. Support production preparation activities such as arranging materials, tools, fixtures, and documentation.

. Report abnormalities, damaged parts, machine issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

. Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Requirements

. Able to work in a precision engineering / manufacturing environment.

. Responsible, punctual, and willing to perform hands-on production work.

. Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

. Good attention to detail when handling precision components.

. Able to perform general physical production-floor duties.

. Able to communicate in both English and Chinese to coordinate with supervisors and production team members.

. Prior manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not essential.
