- Assist with daily accounting operations such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and track expenses
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors on billing or payment matters
- Perform general administrative support for the finance team
Requirements
- Min Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
- Min 1 year of experience in Accounting
