We are currently looking to hire a Tech Arch - Performance Tester. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance. More details as below.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and implement performance test strategies, plans, and scenarios based on system architecture and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
- Simulate various load conditions (load, stress, endurance, spike) and analyze system behavior under test.
- Monitor system performance using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) and correlate metrics with test results.
- Identify performance bottlenecks across application layers (UI, API, database, infrastructure) and work with development teams to resolve them.
- Create and manage test data and environments for performance testing.
- Document test results, performance metrics, and tuning recommendations in detailed reports.
- Participate in performance tuning and capacity planning discussions.
