Sales Support Executive (Consumer Electronic)

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns across in-person, phone, email, and social media channels, ensuring timely and professional service.
- Coordinate repair and return requests, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Oversee e-commerce content and manage order processing to ensure accurate and prompt deliveries.
- Create marketing and product materials, including brochures, online content, packaging, and promotional visuals, to strengthen brand presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer service, marketing, and operational efforts with business objectives.
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of customer service experience within consumer electronics.
- Strong knowledge in gemstones, diamonds, or precision engineering industries.
- Good communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work independently or within a team.
