Your Role
Your role is Project Engineer. Your daily schedule will include frequent interactions with clients and internal stakeholders such as the operations, business, engineering, and management teams. You will directly report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) .
Your Job Scope
You will report directly to the CTO. Your daily schedule will include frequent interactions with a multi-disciplinary team, including hardware, software, and operations. You are expected to be comfortable working both in-office and in dynamic operational environments.
- Lead the planning and execution of technical tasks across multidisciplinary teams (software, mechanical, operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate engineering activities to ensure all technical requirements of projects and contracts are met.
- Track project progress, timelines, and technical deliverables, ensuring alignment with schedule and budget constraints.
- Manage and monitor compliance with technical specifications throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver technical reports, updates, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate complex engineering concepts, data, and results into clear, structured, and executive-level insights.
- Document meeting minutes accurately, including key technical discussions, decisions, and actionable follow-ups.
- Identify technical risks early and develop mitigation strategies or workaround solutions to ensure project continuity.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth integration between different system components.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment phases by ensuring readiness of technical deliverables and documentation.
