Job Summary
We're looking for a Warehouse & Wine Experience Specialist to support warehouse operations and deliver exceptional wine tasting experiences in a premium hospitality setting.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming wine inventory to maintain accurate stock levels
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for timely delivery
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
- Prepare wines, glassware, and showroom areas to create an inviting environment for tasting sessions
- Welcome and host customers during wine tasting experiences to enhance engagement
- Guide guests through curated wine selections and tasting notes to educate and inform
- Recommend wines based on customer preferences and occasions to support sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting wine sales to achieve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, retail, hospitality, customer service, or related fields
- Passion for wine, hospitality, or premium lifestyle products (training will be provided)
Other Information
- Comfortable handling physical inventory and standing for extended periods when required
- Willing to work on Saturdays and other scheduled weekends for wine tasting events
