Stature Real Estate Enterprises Pte Ltd
Ensure the smooth operation and effective management of the estate , building.
Coordinate and supervise contractors for the maintenance of the estate, building
Responsible for processing policy documents.
Handles customer enquiries and maintains efficient service standards to customers.
Requirements
Preferable to have MCST experience
Certificate, Diploma in property management or related courses
Knowledge of BSMSA will be an added advantage
Strong communication skills
Able to work independently
Able to write reports
Full-time position available
