Sales Admin Executive

• Position: Sales Admin Executive

• Location: Chinatown, approximately 8 minutes' walk from MRT

• Working Hours: 5 days, office hours, with 1 WFH day per week

• Salary: Up to S$3,500, commensurate with experience

• Leave: 7 days annual leave

• Duration: 8-month contract, maternity cover

• Industry: Insurance Solutions

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide sales administration and customer-service support to existing clients and internal teams.

• Handle enquiries, quotations, renewals, documentation and account-servicing matters.

• Coordinate with clients and relevant internal or external parties to ensure timely follow-up.

• Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documentation.

• Support day-to-day servicing of existing client accounts.

• Build professional client relationships through prompt and effective service.

• Assist with general administrative and operational duties as required.

• Support discussions and initiatives to improve internal processes and service standards.

Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service, account servicing or a similar administrative role.

• Comfortable handling quotations, documentation and customer enquiries.

• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple follow-up matters independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good communication and customer-service skills.

• Able to commit to the full 8-month maternity-cover contract.

• Full training will be provided.
