Senior Manager - Cybersecurity Incident Management

- Develop Cyber Incident Response Readiness
- Develop and maintain Cyber Incident Response Plan aligned with MOH, CSA and Synapxe guidelines
- Work with key stakeholders, including Synapxe, CIO office, Medical Institutions, Public Relations, etc. to ensure cyberattack preparedness
- Test Cyber Incident Response Readiness Coordinate tabletop exercises with both internal and external participantsParticipate in government-led cyberattack exercises such as CSA Exercise Cyber Star
- Support Incident Response
- Initiate and coordinate response actions during cybersecurity incidentsProvide input and consultation on incident classification, investigation and containmentNotify management and relevant stakeholders promptlyConduct post-incident reviews and recommend improvements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity incident response programme and tabletop exercise.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with multiple parties during cybersecurity incident management.
- Relevant certifications in cybersecurity incident response (e.g. GCIH, GCFA, GRID, GCIA).
