Customer Service Executive
Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 830am - 530pm ( Mon - Fri)
Salary : Basic $3,400 to $3,800 + $200 Transport Allowance + OT
Customer Support:
- Provide quality customer service support via email and phone through ticketing system.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when required.
- Resolve customer problems and claims effectively and promptly.
- Promote and recommend new products to existing customers.
Order Management:
- Input customer purchase order into system and manage sales orders for customers.
- Allocate stock and arrange delivery for customer orders.
Customer Relations:
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain close communication.
- Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Reporting and Improvement:
- Create monthly reports on customer service activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Participate in customer service improvement initiatives.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in order processing, delivery arrangement,and customer relationship management, preferably in spare parts distribution industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Excel, including V-lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulas.
- At least 2-3 years experience using SAP/S4 Hana SD module is a must.
- Knowledge in PowerBI is an advantage but not required.
