Manager, Resort Marketing - MICE Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
Marketing strategy and campaign development:
Lead the development and execution of integrated MICE marketing strategies that position Resorts World Sentosa as a leading destination for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions. Drive destination marketing initiatives that strengthen awareness, consideration and preference for RWS among corporate planners, associations, incentive buyers, trade partners and delegates.
Campaign management and execution:
Create compelling marketing propositions that integrate venues, hotels, attractions, dining and entertainment offerings into differentiated MICE experiences. Design marketing initiatives that enhance the end-to-end delegate journey, encouraging delegates to engage with and experience the resort beyond the event itself.
Storytelling and creativity:
Lead the development of compelling destination narratives and creative content that bring the MICE delegate experience at RWS to life. Manage the conceptualisation and production of content across multiple formats, including video, social media, thought leadership, written content, presentations and immersive digital experiences.
Consumer-led marketing leveraging market research & consumer insights:
Partner with Consumer Insights and Digital Marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, conversion performance and audience engagement. Translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen the delegate journey, improve marketing effectiveness and deliver against business and brand objectives.
Budget Management & Optimization:
Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI. Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed to meet KPIs and business goals.
Stakeholder Management & Cross functional collaboration:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including MICE Sales, Partnerships, Events and other Business Units as well as external stakeholders to ensure
alignment and support for marketing initiatives. Effectively communicate marketing strategies, goals and results to stakeholders , ensuring transparency and collaboration.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality or related discipline.
- 7-10 years of experience of marketing experience with strong knowledge and relevant experience in tourism industry and/or destination marketing
- Possess strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Able to present ideas clearly and persuasively at an individual and group level
- Critical thinker and creative problem solver
- Good project management skills and keen attention to details
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects
- Driven individual with capacity to lead and motivate team members
