AI Product Manager

The Opportunity

You will work at the intersection of AI agents, automation and real business challenges. Partnering closely with engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders, you will own and deliver AI products used by global users at scale.

Projects include AI powered operational tools, intelligent agents, automated workflows and platforms supporting real time interactions. This is a hands on role where you will write code, prototype ideas and work directly with users to understand and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Own AI products from discovery and scoping through prototyping, launch, measurement and continuous improvement
• Identify high impact opportunities across user facing products, operational workflows and internal tools
• Decide what is worth building based on user needs, business value, technical feasibility and measurable outcomes
• Select the right approach for each problem, including rules based systems, classical machine learning, LLMs, agents or hybrid solutions
• Work with engineers to assess tradeoffs involving prompting, RAG, fine tuning, model selection, tool calling, latency and cost
• Design AI native experiences including chat, copilots, agents, human review processes, fallbacks and feedback loops
• Define evaluations and success measures covering product value, model quality, reliability and user experience
• Build working prototypes using code, no code platforms and AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex
• Use prototypes to validate ideas and support practical discussions before detailed specifications are written
• Work directly with users to observe product usage, debug issues and translate feedback into improvements
• Manage stakeholders across leadership, engineering and business teams to align priorities and encourage adoption
• Take ownership of ambiguous problems and move products from zero to one

Ideal Profile

• At least five years of full time experience in product management, a startup or a founder style role
• A proven record of taking products from concept to launch
• Experience delivering LLM products or enterprise AI applications from proof of concept through production launch or scaled adoption
• Exposure to products involving chat, copilots, RAG, AI agents, automated workflows, internal tools or enterprise productivity platforms
• A good understanding of LLM concepts and technical decision making without needing to be a software engineer
• Comfortable using AI and coding tools to build a functional prototype
• Able to evaluate technical options and discuss tradeoffs effectively with engineers

Personality Fit

• Comfortable with the uncertainty of AI systems and experienced in improving reliability through evaluations, guardrails, fallbacks and human review
• Strong product judgement with the ability to turn complex or ambiguous problems into simple and trustworthy experiences
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain what you built, your personal contribution and how decisions were made
• A builder mindset with a preference for testing and shipping ideas quickly
• Strong ownership, accountability and commitment to delivering quality work
• Open minded, proactive and willing to learn as AI technology evolves
• Personal AI projects are valued when they demonstrate genuine experimentation and practical building ability

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Direct experience owning an AI product rather than supporting one part of the project
• Experience delivering products with meaningful scale, technical complexity or global users
• Evidence of making product decisions across model quality, user experience, latency and cost
• A portfolio, prototype or side project that demonstrates hands on AI building
• The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineering and business stakeholders
