Role:
- Manage cargo operations and documentation
- Safeguard product quality and quantity
- Ensure all cargo loading, ex bunker delivery, blending operation and delivery are
in compliance with Company work instructions and in particular SS648: 2024,
wherever applicable. - Ensure that custody control procedures in respect of cargo storage onboard
bunker tanker and cargo movements are duly and properly implemented. - Maintain proper and timely records of inventory in the stock movement logbook
and daily ROB report. - Report on any customer complaint or dispute to the Operations Manager
immediately and assist in onsite investigation. - Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1 Year Experience as bunker clerk/cargo officer onboard bunker tankers.
- Certification in Basic & Advanced Course on Bunkering Practices (SS600 & TR
48). - Certification in Code of Practice for Bunker Mass Flow Metering (SS 648:2024).
- Willingness to follow Company’s shift duties and stay onboard vessel.
- Effective communication skills.
- Meticulous, responsible and good follow through skills
