What You'll Be Doing

Depending on deployment, you may be assigned to departments such as:

• Business Office
• Diagnostic Imaging
• Clinical Laboratory
• Inpatient Services
• Cardiovascular Services
• Day Surgery
• Endoscopy
• Emergency Services
• Intensive Care Unit
• Nuclear Medicine
• Radiotherapy

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests professionally
• Manage patient registration, appointment coordination, admissions enquiries, and front-desk services
• Handle billing, cashiering, and payment transactions accurately
• Support financial counselling and administrative documentation
• Maintain and update patient records, databases, and departmental statistics
• Coordinate bed allocation and operational support activities where required
• Answer incoming enquiries and direct calls appropriately
• Assist with mail handling, document management, filing, and general office administration
• Ensure smooth daily operations and provide administrative support to the team

What We're Looking For

• Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma qualification
• Prior experience is not required - comprehensive training will be provided
• Able to commit for at least 3 months
• Available to commence work within a short notice period
• Detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment
