Functional Analyst

We are actively looking for like-minded and passionate professionals to join us as FUNCTIONAL ANALYST.

As a Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our healthcare and eldercare technology solutions. You will work closely with customers, clinicians, product owners, developers, and project teams to understand real-world challenges and translate them into practical, impactful software solutions. This role offers broad exposure across product management, business analysis, solution design, healthcare operations, and digital transformation initiatives. You will have opportunities to work directly with doctors, nurses, therapists, social workers, administrators, and government agencies while contributing to meaningful projects that improve care outcomes for seniors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Software Architects, Developers, Project Managers, and customers to define product roadmaps, enhancements, and change requests
• Participate in requirements gathering, problem-solving, solutioning, business analysis, feasibility studies, functional design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, prototypes/mock-ups (using Figma or AI tools), and test cases
• Work closely with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business and user needs
• Conduct business and technical impact assessments for enhancements and modifications to existing SaaS and enterprise applications
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and training sessions with customers and end users
• Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of application and system issues
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, pilot projects, proof-of-concepts (e.g. AI) and new product development efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Customer Success, and Technical Support to ensure successful product delivery and adoption

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in roles such as Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, Functional Consultant, IT Analyst, or similar roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for understanding user needs and designing practical solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, administrators, and technical teams
• Strong interest in software products, SaaS platforms, Artificial Intelligence (AI), healthcare technology, or digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies will be an advantage
• Positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to learn and grow
