About the Role
As our Digital Commerce & Customer Experience Lead , you will own and drive Gryphon's digital commerce ecosystem while championing every aspect of the customer experience. You will be responsible for growing our online business, creating engaging digital experiences, strengthening customer relationships and exploring innovative ways for customers to discover Gryphon online.
You'll work across marketing, operations, technology and customer engagement while collaborating with external partners, platform vendors and logistics providers. You'll also play a key role in ensuring Gryphon remains discoverable across traditional search engines as well as emerging AI-powered search and recommendation platforms.
