Products: Children's toys, Collectable figurines, Blindbox, Schoolbags.
- Customer Service: Welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Sales Generation: Promote products, introduce loyalty programs, and cross-sell items to achieve or exceed store sales targets.
- Store Operations: Process payments and returns using Point of Sale (POS) systems, manage cash registers, and balance drawers.
- Inventory Management: Receive deliveries, restock shelves, update pricing, and perform regular stock checks.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales floor and display areas.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner.

- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Math: Accurate handling of cash, making changes, and calculating discounts.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work retail hours, which frequently include rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
