Job Description

- Position Title: Shipping Assistant
- Working Location: Raffles Place (Near MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 working days; Monday-Friday (8.30 AM – 5.30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus + Medical + Dental Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and related paperwork
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure timely delivery
- Track shipment status and provide updates to relevant parties
- Maintain accurate records and update databases for shipping activities
- Assist with customs clearance, including basic calculation of duties and taxes
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding
- Knowledge of customs procedures, tariff codes, and import/export processes is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to organise tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented and accurate
