- Own end-to-end full-stack feature delivery across product, design, and engineering teams.
- Build scalable systems using TypeScript, React, and Node.js in cloud-native environments.
- Develop and maintain AWS-based microservices with strong focus on performance, security, and reliability.
- Drive engineering excellence through clean code, TDD, and strong architecture documentation (C4, ADR).
- Lead technical initiatives, solve complex system problems, and mentor engineers across the team.
