- · Lead end-to-end implementationsof Workday Adaptive Planning (workforce, financials, capital, and reporting).
- · Partner with finance andbusiness stakeholders to define planning, forecasting, and modelingrequirements.
- · Design complex financialmodels, assumptions, versions, and driver-based planning frameworks.
- · Build and optimize sheets,levels, dimensions, and dashboards.
- · Develop integrations betweenWorkday Adaptive Planning and source ERPs (Workday Financials, SAP, Oracle,etc.).
- · Support UAT, go-live, andpost-production stabilization.
- · Provide thought leadership onplanning best practices and performance management transformation.
- Required Qualifications
- · Bachelor’s degree in Finance,Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- · 3–8 years of experience inFP&A, EPM, or financial systems consulting.
- · Hands-on experience withWorkday Adaptive Planning implementations.
- · Strong understanding ofbudgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
- · Experience working with financestakeholders and senior leadership.
