Application and Database Administrator IFL

• Provide day-to-day support for business applications and databases , resolving application bugs, database errors, and integrate new features in a timely manner
• Translate business rules and process needs into structured data requirements and system specifications
• Build and refine database frameworks to deliver accurate reporting and effective data extraction
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Assist with the implementation of application patches, upgrades, and database migrations
• Support and manage user access to applications and databases
• Conduct system and application tests to ensure functionality and performance before new releases or updates
• Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and apply tuning measures to optimize performance
• In-charge of IT audits and BCP
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices
• Backup of IT system support tasks

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience in application and database system role
• Familiar with SICS and SAP Business Intelligent , highly preferred
• Good knowledge of MS SQL database and scripting languages
• Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and query optimization
• Good technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
