Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables and governance documentation, including RAID logs, action trackers and status reports.
- Gather business requirements, document user stories and support process mapping and solution design reviews.
- Review Functional and Technical Specification Documents (FSD/TSD), track changes and maintain requirements traceability.
- Coordinate UAT activities, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, retesting and issue resolution.
- Support data migration, operational readiness, cutover planning, go-live activities and post-implementation support.
- Liaise with Singapore and Head Office stakeholders to resolve project issues, track risks and ensure timely deliverables.
- Maintain accurate project documentation using Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office tools.
Job Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, project delivery or PMO support within banking, payments or financial services.
- Experience in requirements gathering, SIT/UAT, defect management, data migration and implementation support.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in cards, payments, personal loans or transaction processing projects will be advantageous.
