Join the team at The Duxton Reserve Singapore as a Senior/Sales Manager , where you'll take ownership of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key accounts. You'll work independently and across teams to achieve revenue targets, maximise business opportunities, and ensure a seamless guest experience. Your Profile:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury leisure sales. At least 3 years must have been in a manager role with full commercial accountability within a luxury hotel environment.
- A successful track record in the Singapore market.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that directly drive market share and profitability.
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage credibly luxury clientele.
- A strong, active network within the luxury travel, corporate, and lifestyle sectors in Singapore and key source markets.
- Highly data-literate, with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets to make swift, informed commercial decisions.
