Job Responsibilities
Support the Production Manager in overseeing the daily operations of assigned production lines.
Plan and coordinate production workflows to meet production targets, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
Prepare duty rosters, allocate tasks to production staff, arrange replacements for absentees, and coordinate overtime requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues, supporting the implementation of solutions to minimize disruptions.
Assist in planning new projects, including the setup and positioning of production lines and machinery.
Train, guide, and motivate production staff while maintaining workplace discipline and contributing to performance appraisals.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to learn, with on-the-job training provided.
